Mr. Dalbir Sangwan’s journey in the poultry industry is a powerful example of determination, vision, and hard work. In 1998, he started his poultry business in Village Bapoli near Radaur, Haryana, with just 2,400 birds under the name M/s Sangwan Poultry Farm. At a time when poultry farming was still developing in the region, he believed strongly in the growing demand for eggs as an affordable and nutritious source of protein.
Through dedication, proper farm management, and continuous improvement, he gradually expanded his operations.Over the years, the small farm grew into a well-organized poultry enterprise known for quality and reliability. Today, Sangwan Poultry farms collectively house around 6 lakh birds and produce approximately 5 lakh eggs every day, making the group a prominent egg producer in North India.
In 2013, Mr. Sangwan expanded his business by establishing a poultry unit in Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh, further strengthening the company’s presence in the industry. Later, in 2018, the original unit was converted into a Private Limited Company, bringing a more structured and professional approach to operations.
Continuing his growth journey, another major project under Sangwan Layers Pvt. Ltd. is being developed in Ambala, Haryana, which will further increase the group’s production capacity.
